Anointed by the Holy Spirit, Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers gave two life-changing presentations at the March 2 Men's Conference. Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers is not a small, unimposing man, such as perhaps Fr Phil Bloom. He definitely cuts a picture of an unlikely Catholic apologist, especially in the Northwest, or almost anywhere for that matter. There was a sense of absolute sinceritiy in Deacon Harold's talk that was very impressive. Even though his delivery easily reminded one of a bible-belt preacher. this man never insulted anyone's intelligence! On the contrary, as a speaker he can be at once both powerful and very respectful. Leave a Reply. |
